Need help configuring the program? Have any questions regarding its use?
When there is several items that need to be process separately I use the "Run for each field group" action. There are several more steps (actions) chained to this action. If there are 10 items to be processed separately, is there a way to have another action start only after all 10 items have completely been processed?
Hi Jon,

Email Parser processes the items in the left panel starting from the top one and going one by one to the bottom. You can run an action after another set of actions placing it down in the tree.

For example, in the attached image, if we have 3 groups of fields, the order will be:

Action 1
Action 2
Action 3
Action 4

Action 1
Action 2
Action 3
Action 4

Action 1
Action 2
Action 3
Action 4

Action A

If you share with us details of how is your current configuration I can give you further advice.

I did some testing based on the information that you supplied. It clarified the work flow. Here is what I setup for testing...

"Parser1"

"Action Before" - Linked to "Parser1" - sned email with subect "start of processing"
"Action1" - link to "Parser1" - run for each field group
"Action2" - linked to "Action 1" - send email with subject including the item named processed
"Action After" - Linked to "Parser1" - send email with subject "Processing finished"

Here is the sequence that is performed if there are three items in the parse..
1.) the "Action Before" is processed

2.) "Action1" & "Action2" are perfomed for each item - Total of three time

3.) the "Action After" is processed

In other words, step 1 is done when the process starts and step 3 is done after all items have been processed by step2. I also noticed the Action ordering is important part of teh flow.

see attached screenshot

Thanks for the support.
