Hi Eugenio,
I would need to see your filter settings and also the output of an email being processed that is not correctly filtered.
Email filters are supposed to work the same way regardless of the type of email source (Gmail, Imap, Folder....)

Trying again with my computer. It seems to be working well. But when using the "Email Parser Online" mode (I'm in the trial period) the filter does not work nor does the script. Do I need to buy the product to see it online?
Hi Eugenio,
Scripting does not work when using Email Parser online, sorry. In the next version (in a couple of months) we will enable this.
No, when using Email Parser online you do not need to buy a license key. It works for free for the first 30 days and then it will ask you for a subscription.
Run mode (under Settings)
- Run in this application -> Purchase a license key. One time payment, not subscription.
- Connect to Windows Service -> Purchase a license key. One time payment, not subscription.
- Connect to Email Parser online -> Subscription of USD 9 / month
The filter does not work nor does the script

Umm ok, thanks. I can try to update the filter configuration and test again. Thanks.
