Windows app
Is the license key for the Windows app a recurring payment?
Yes. The license key will remain valid for 12 months. If your subscription is active you will automatically receive a new one by email before it expires.
I purchased a license key before April 2021. Will I receive a yearly charge?
No. Before April 2021 the Windows app was not subscription based. You will not receive additional charges. However, if you download and install a newer version it will ask you to subscribe.
Do I have to purchase a license key if I want to use the Email Parser Web app?
No. License keys are only for the Windows app.
I have an existing subscription to the Web app. Can I use the Windows app?
They are purchased separately, sorry. Although the Windows app and the Web app are quite similar, they are different products.
How many installations can I have running with one license key?
Up to 3 computers.
Will my license key work with new versions? How updates/upgrades work?
- License keys purchased before April 2021: Your license key works only with your existing version, forever, with no additional charges.
- License keys purchased after April 2021: From this date, Email Parser is subscription-based. If the subscription is active you can run any version you want.
Web app
Does Email Parser Web app requires a recurring payment?
Yes, after the 30-day free trial, an active recurring payment (
prices here) is required.
Is there any commitment regarding on how much time I have to keep paying the Email Parser Web app subscription?
No. You can cancel your subscription and stop paying anytime.
I have an existing subscription to the Windows app. Can I use the Web app?

Is there any setup fees?
No, unless you explicitly ask us to configure Email Parser for you (we charge an
hourly fee)
