Windows app

Is the license key for the Windows app a recurring payment?

No. You only have to pay once for a license key. It is not a recurring payment.

Do I have to purchase a license key if I want to use the Email Parser Web app?

No. License keys are only for the Windows app.

How many installations can I have running with one license key?

Up to 3 computers.

Will my license key work with new versions? How updates/upgrades work?

Updates are free for 12 months. For example, if you purchased a license key in May 2018 it will work with any version released from Jan 2007 (first 1.0 release) to May 2019. If you download a version released, for instance, on June 2020 the program will ask you to purchase a new license key and give you a 50% discount code as you are an existing customer.

Do the license keys expire?

No, license keys do not expire. Email Parser will never ask you to purchase a new license key unless you install a newer version (see the previous question).



Web app

Does Email Parser Web app requires a recurring payment?

Yes, after the 30-day free trial, an active recurring payment (prices here) is required.

Is there any commitment regarding on how much time I have to keep paying the Email Parser Web app subscription?

No. You can cancel your subscription and stop paying anytime.

Is there any setup fees?

No, unless you explicitly ask us to configure Email Parser for you (we charge an hourly fee)
