This help topic applies to the Windows app only.
License keys are automatically sent by email to the address you entered when the subscription was created. If you can’t find them, note that they do not come from our usual email address which is support@emailparser.com but from our payment processor which uses the domain mycommerce.com
The email with the license key has the subject: Delivery information for “Email Parser – license key subscription”…. and is sent from the email address:noreply@mycommerce.com
They look like this:
It is expected that you receive an email like this yearly and the license key is at the bottom of this email just below the title “License key for unlocking the product”.
