Email Parser

Extract data from emails and automate your workflow

The forum is now read only. Please, go to the the main Email Parser website if you need help.
Need help configuring the program? Have any questions regarding its use?
I have several email sources, but all of them must be parsed by the same parsing rule. As far as I know, it is not supported by Email&Parser, since one Parsgin rule only can be feeded by one Email Source.

Possible Workaround:
1. From each email account, set a rule to forward the emails to a single account
2. Set up this single account in Email&Parser as the only Email source
3. Use Filters inside Email Source element depending on the sender and subject, in case the sender includes emails from several sources .

Question nbr 1: Please confirm that Email&Parser still does not support the feature described in the first lines
Question nbr 2: is the workaround above the best solution?
Question nbr 3: forwarding rules apply to future incoming emails. How can we send current emails to the email account configured as a Email Source into Email&Parser?

Thanks in advance
Julian
Hi Julian,
Question nbr 1: Please confirm that Email&Parser still does not support the feature described in the first lines
Yes, this feature is not supported.
Question nbr 2: is the workaround above the best solution?
Workarounds 1 and 2 are the most simple to implement. They both work.
Question nbr 3: forwarding rules apply to future incoming emails. How can we send current emails to the email account configured as a Email Source into Email&Parser?
I do not understand exactly what you mean. Could you post an example?
Thanks for the answers

Regarding question nbr 3:
Since I set a forwading rule on each Email account, future emails will be forwarded to a single (integrator) account configured in Email&Parser

But in case I need to process previous Emails, this forwarding rule does no apply.

How can I send all previous emails to the "integrator" email account? I just found this article to get them, but only POST is allowed.
