I can't connect to my Exchange account.

I have an error message : Error. The request failed. The remote server returned an error : (401) Unauthorized.

Do you have any solution.

Hi Louis,

This usually means that the password is not correct but I would need more details to see if anything else is wrong. Do you use Office 365 or Outlook? or a private exchange server?

I will probably need at least your EWS URL and may be a testing account to see what could be wrong.

If it is an Email Parser bug we usually fix things quite fast (a couple of days). Specially if we are working on this this area in that moment, as it happens with Exchange now.
Here is a small update that some users having the same issue may find useful.

Louis contacted me by email and we have found that the EWS url was wrong. Instead of:

https://mail.thedomain.fr/EWS/Services.wsdl

The correct one is:

https://mail.thedomain.fr/EWS/Exchange.asmx
