Hi, I'm using email parser very successfully to import attachments into my database but I'm also using it to auto-file the emails to named folders based upon a piece of information found in the attachment. I'm having a problem in that the number of folders in the mailbox is now greater than the number of folders email parser is able to see and I'm now getting an error when trying to move the email to a folder at the end of the alphabet.

Something like this:
Moving email to Done - W*******
Folder Done - W****** not found. Creating a folder with that name
Error. A folder with the specified name already exists..

and it fails to move it.

This is an exchange mailbox.

Cheers,
Gareth
Please can I have a response to this?
Hello Gareth,

Sorry for missing your question. I totally ignored it by mistake.

What email source type are you using? (IMAP, POP, Exchange...)
This is important because the move email routine that is failing depends on the protocol being used.
Hi, it’s exchange. Thanks.
Hi Gareth,

Try downloading the version 5.3 Beta. The Exchange code has been updated and that issue has been probably already fixed:

Hi, I've tried build 01/07/2019 and the problem is still present.

The log reads the following (Note: I've partially obscured the folder name)

········ Running action 2nd Move to Done

Moving email to Done - Zar<.......>

Folder Done - Zar<.......> not found. Creating a folder with that name

Error. A folder with the specified name already exists..
