When do emails are processed?
Email Parser looks for emails to process directly in your email account. It can process emails automatically as they arrive, or process existing emails whenever you manually request it. To add an email account, right-click on the background of the workflow diagram and choose “Add email account”. Email Parser supports multiple accounts at the same time, so you can add as many as you need.

The following table shows the email account types that Email Parser supports, and whether each type is available in the Windows app or the web app:
