how to connect email parser to oracle database. im not able to connect. PLZ help
You need to install the ODBC driver for Oracle:

Then you need to create an Automated Email Parser element called "SQL operation on an ODBC compatible database". You can find further info here:

Beware that there are 32bit and 63bit ODBC drivers. If the Oracle driver is not shown in the list you have installed the wrong one.
