I'm trying to call a batch file once an email is received. My problem is the program wants to run the batch from the C:\Program Files (x86)\AutomatedEmailParser folder instead of the folder the batch file is in. This is causing it to error because it doesn't recognize folder paths stemming from where the batch file is. Is there anyway to tell the program where to start the command prompt in?
an indirect solution might be to use a 'cd' command as the first line of the batch file you are calling with its local path

Or, if you can't edit it, instead of launching the batch file directly you could call the 'start' command with the batch file as a target where you can define the working directory - you may need to mess around a little calling the cmd process, but it should work
