I am trying to test out the program before I purchase but I am unable to add to the email parser section and get it to save. Is this part of the free edition that you cannot save the fields that you want to extract?

Tony
The free edition should also be able to save the email parser section. Could you give me more details about your email parser? (Take a screen shot, for example) I will try to reproduce the same error here. It seems to be a program error.
When I set up a field I have no button to save a continue. I have included a screen shot as an attachment to show my issue

Thanks for the screenshot. It seems that EmailParser2Database was unable to display correctly the window buttons (save, cancel, etc) because the default font size in your computer is set to large and the size of the EmailParser2Database window is fixed.

I will fix this problem as soon as possible and reply you back with a new installation file. In the mean time try setting in the windows control panel the font size to normal to be able to click the Save button. Once it is saved you are free to restore the font size to large.
Ok, I got around the saving issue I was having. But I have a question now. Can I reprocess the emails? Once I got it to work I really had not set it up to do anything.
To reprocess an email you have to resend it. But note that under the email source settings, there is a tab called "Email processing" and you can set the emails to be deleted or kept in the email server. You can then download from the email server using Outlook (or any other email program) and forward them back to the same email address. This way you can reprocess emails.
Alright I have moved along with program and am getting the hang of it. I have reached hopefully my last problem. I cannot get the program to write anything into my Excel file. It is Excel 2007 (.xlsx ) but have tried saving it as a (.xls) Is there anything that needs to be set up on the Excel file itself to allow the additions? I thank you fully for all your help and once I get this last problem figured out I am sure to be purchasing this product.

OK. That did it. Thank-you.
