We are using parser version 4.3 and we have over 20 email addresses capturing and sending out an automated response.
We are having difficulty with deleting the emails from history and basically clearing them all out.
Long story short, email came in and as the person's inbox rejected it - we have been receiving 100's of returned emails within minutes and cannot stop it.
Please can you advise how to approach this - we do not have the "Action" tab at the top of the menu in the example given of "delete email from source".
We have tried the Delete Emails option and selected "when unprocessed" to no avail. Please can anyone help, are there any screen shots available?
In the interim, we have deleted that particular email autoresponse, rules entirely from the parser software.
We would appreciate any help.
