i parse about 200 emails a day and I notice that the was the system works it parses each email individually and then for each email opens the excel file, writes the entry and then moves on to the next record. I am wondering if there is a way to streamline it so that it does all the parsing first and then writes all the entries to the excel file at once to speed up the overall processing time?

Also i noticed that over time it slows down a bit I think its a function of the database getting larger.

Yes, as the Excel file gets bigger new rows take longer to be added. This is a problem some users have already pointed out and we plan to fix it in future versions.

The solution is to use databases instead of excel files. Email&Parser supports MySQL and Microsoft SQL server, any other databases can be accessed by ODBC.
