when I switched email source from outlook folder to IMAP server, I notice that tabs are being eliminated in the parsed emails, and that's messing up my extracted fields.

Hello Mayura,
I am sorry but I am almost sure the issue is related to how Outlook stores the emails. The format is different than POP or IMAP and in the conversion some characters may change.
If you want you can contact me by email at support@emailparser.com and send me attached the same email received using Outlook PST and IMAP to check the differences but the best approach I think is to modify the parsing rules to adjust the slightly change in the format
