Hello, I recently purchased software with specific desire to export email data to google sheets but when I try to connect and link my google account to email parser I get this error message below. Is this feature not working in the program? Appreciate a prompt response. I've tried numerous times and no success. Thank you.

This is a known bug of the version 4.7 that happens only on Windows 7 and Windows server 2003 machines. BTW, we are working today in the fix so feel free to use the chat at the lower right corner of the screen and ask if the patch is ready.
